1. Using Nailed It Connect

Nailed It Connect is a South Florida marketplace connecting homeowners with local handymen. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you agree to provide accurate information.

2. Marketplace role

We help homeowners and contractors find each other. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction between users. All work is performed under a direct agreement between the homeowner and the contractor.

3. Payments

Optional Pro subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Refunds for partial periods are not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable use

Don't post anything illegal, fraudulent, or abusive. Don't try to take conversations off-platform until both parties are ready. Don't impersonate anyone.
